The Dream Team

Our instructor cadre has been repeatedly referred to as “the Dream Team” by countless trainees and other trainers alike. We’d like to think there are good reasons for the consistently superior feedback. In any training organization, the caliber of the trainers is paramount. Our product is our experience and our ability to relate to you – imparting the benefit of that experience. We believe the following points set our team apart as a training organization:

• We have an absolute passion for training. This is not just another job for us. The curiosity, energy level and persistence required to master a subject are infectious. The sincerity, lack of pretense and burning desire to see trainees grow are essential. Without these qualities, all else is irrelevant.

• Everyone on the team has faced the “business end” of the skill they specialize in — often frequently, in some cases for decades. Our team includes a large number of front-line operators, many of whom are currently active at the top of their profession in highly sensitive positions, often training other top pros as time allows. Those who can, indeed make the best teachers.

• Many of our team members have known each and worked together for years; in some cases, decades. Since most training events require more than one instructor, we have found this to be an invaluable asset.

• Following the motto “Always a student, sometimes a teacher”, we never stop learning ourselves. We never rest on our laurels, never think we know it all, and always try to bring the “beginner’s mind” to the table in order to relate to you better and to provide authentic experiences.
